In some hotels, locked doors can be unlocked by pressing the handle from the inside. This often makes it unclear whether the door is open or locked. SMART2LOCK clearly indicates whether the door is locked or not with its discreet red marking. The handle also provides clear feedback - when locked, it cannot be pushed down from the outside or inside. The handles all include an emergency release function.
